Build and Delivery Time
It usually takes approximately 3-6 weeks to build a harp. Delivery is about 5 - 10 days.
The actual time to receive a harp will depend on the backlog. This will be confirmed at
time of order. A 40% deposit is required when ordering. Remainder due prior to shipping.
Building of a harp will commence once the deposit is received. If the order is cancelled
after receiving the deposit the funds will be retained until the harp is sold to another
customer and then will be refunded.
Tax
Applicable Canadians taxes extra. No tax on shipments outside Canada.
Shipping and Packaging
Shipping and packaging costs are extra. Will be confirmed at time of order.
Warranty
Your instrument is guaranteed against defects in material (except strings) and
workmanship for a period of 3 years.
