Build and Delivery Time
It usually takes approximately 3-6 weeks to build a harp. Delivery is about 5 - 10 days. The
actual time to receive a harp will depend on the backlog. This will be confirmed at time of
order. A 40% deposit is required when ordering. Remainder due prior to shipping. Harp
orders will be placed on the waiting list once the deposit is received. If the order is cancelled
after receiving the deposit the funds will be retained until the harp is sold to another
customer and then will be refunded.
The current waiting period is approximately 6 months on all models except for the Novice 26,
which is 6 - 8 weeks.
Tax
Applicable Canadians taxes extra. No tax on shipments outside Canada.
Shipping and Packaging
Shipping and packaging costs are extra. Will be confirmed at time of order.
Shipping costs on international orders do not include local import taxes, duties or customs
fees. These charges are paid by the purchaser on delivery.
Warranty
Your instrument is warranted against defects in material and workmanship, to the original
owner, for a period of 3 years, with the exception of the Novice 26 which is a one year.
The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument; damage
caused by accident, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modification; minor hairline cracks that
have no effect on the structure or sound of the instrument; strings; lever regulation.
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the owner.
